Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Round Rock, TX, for a Banking Center Manager. The Banking Center Manager will oversee daily operations of the banking center, ensure efficient service delivery, and lead a team of professionals. Responsibilities will include handling banking services such as loans and deposits, enhancing customer experience, meeting financial goals, and fostering a welcoming environment for both staff and clients.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Service, with a focus on enhancing Customer Experience
- Knowledge and experience related to Loans and Deposits management
- Understanding of Finance principles and ability to meet financial performance goals
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in banking operations or a related field is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
