American Structure point, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to support our growing Alternative Delivery Group. The successful candidate will oversee development of the group’s schedules for construction, procurement, and professional services. The objective is to ensure the successful development, integration, and management of schedules across complex transportation projects delivered through alternative delivery methods, including large-scale projects ($100MM+) where applicable. These include Design-Build, CM/GC (CMAR), and Progressive Design-Build.
The Senior Scheduler spearheads the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept planning and risk integration to design and construction. This role ensures that every schedule is technically accurate and seamlessly integrated with broader project execution strategies. The Senior Scheduler will build schedules for the work performed by our group, build initial schedules for the projects we oversee, perform schedule reviews of contractor submittals for compliance with contract requirements, including baseline, updates, and recovery schedules, and develop scheduling requirements for our owner clients.
The Senior Scheduler will lead schedule review meetings with contractors and agency stakeholders and provide formal recommendations regarding schedule acceptance and compliance.
