Each role in our organization makes a difference, and this Senior Project Manager position in Round Rock, Texas is no exception. The Senior Project Manager will lead design teams and projects from start to finish, coordinating closely with clients, architects, engineers, contractors, and marketing teams. They will maintain client relationships, manage team members through all project phases, and ensure technically excellent design solutions for our clients.
PrimaryDuties
- Direct and coordinate work of single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project’s lifecycle, from development & initiation to close‑out.
- Responsible for all aspects of large multidisciplinary projects or medium‑sized projects with high technical complexity, involving a large project staff.
- Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently.
- Establish and maintain client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.
- Conduct work sessions for deliverable development in conjunction with other staff and stakeholders.
- Coordinate staffing and workload through the entire project life cycle, ensuring completion of deliverables on schedule.
- Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate and adjust work effort to stay within agreed‑to budget and schedule.
- Work with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
- Implement QA/QC procedures.
- Supervise large project staffs and mentor less‑experienced Project Managers.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture.
- Professional Engineer or Licensed Architect.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10 years of related experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, and project management software.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
