- Process and quality-check field data using Trimble Business Center.
- Collaborate closely with survey crew members, project teams, and office staff to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
- Work with the Survey Team Leader to meet project deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Create and edit surface models that accurately represent field conditions.
- Interpret record documents and convert them into accurate CAD representations.
- Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
- Experience with Micro Station and Open Roads Designer strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Ability to interpret survey records, legal descriptions, and field data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Field experience preferred.
- Ability to work in office settings, with occasional field exposure depending on project needs.
At GBA, you'll be part of a welcoming, innovative team that values integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning. We offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Life, accident, and disability coverage
- 401(k) with company match
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and wellness initiatives
- Paid company holidays, floating holidays, and flexible time off
- Opportunities for training, professional development, and career advancement
If you're a detail-oriented survey professional who enjoys working on diverse, impactful projects, we'd love to hear from you.
