We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Understand and apply Overhead and general conditions to support the work.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and team members to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct regular project meetings to communicate updates and address any issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports and cost tracking reports.
• Prepare and present proposals and negotiate revisions to contractual agreements.
• Attend pre-bid and jobsite meetings.

• Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager
• Proficiency in estimating software as well as Microsoft Suite
• Proven experience in project management, particularly in electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.
