Round Rock ISD is located in southern Williamson County and northwest Travis County, serving the City of Round Rock and portions of Austin and Cedar Park. Our district covers 110 square miles and includes high-tech hubs, vibrant retail centers, suburban neighborhoods, and rural communities.

• Master’s Degree in Educational Administration or related field
• Experience in school leadership (e.g., Assistant Principal, Associate Principal, Principal, or comparable roles)
• Strong leadership, instructional, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of TEA, UIL, and state/federal education guidelines
• Skilled in data analysis, coaching, strategic planning, and conflict resolution
