The Texas A&M College of Nursing is looking for a Clinical Teaching Assistant to serve as a member of the Nursing team. We desire an individual who subscribes to and supports our commitment as stated above. The successful applicant will bring an expert level of nursing experience to the position and understand the demands of supporting faculty in a fast-paced environment.

The Clinical Teaching Assistant to faculty in the Texas A&M University College of Nursing. Works under the supervision of a Master's or Doctorly prepared nursing faculty member in the clinical area ONLY. Assists nursing faculty with the supervision of students during clinical learning experiences. This is a temporary, part-time position.

Salary: Will be commensurate based on the selected hire’s education and experience.

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• At least one year experience working as a Registered Nurse in a clinical hospital setting.

• Current license as a Registered Nurse in Texas.

• Master of Science in Nursing.
• Three years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

• Functions in the role of clinical supervisor, responsible for supervision of students' skills performance, student evaluation and other aspects of student learning in the clinical setting.
• Consults with a nursing faculty member in clinical settings. Other duties as assigned.
