Your role: create and execute focused reading workshops that produce measurable improvements in phonics, fluency, and comprehension for early elementary learners, then assist in expanding this program to campuses nationwide.

• Conducting focused reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities.
• Creating individualized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks.
• Examining student performance data to adjust instruction and identify actionable patterns.
• Partnering with engineers to assess and improve AI literacy platforms based on classroom evidence.
• Building scalable, AI-integrated content that enables early elementary learners to reach grade-level reading proficiency.

• Conducting 90-minute lessons or adhering to conventional curriculum—academic subjects are taught through AI-adaptive applications.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, LETRS, CERI, or equivalent) OR Master's degree in reading instruction.
• Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions to K–2 students.
• Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction without relying on pre-written curricula.
• Experienced with AI/adaptive learning tools and able to respond to student interactions within these platforms.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
