OverviewDo conventional schools limit children by lecturing at them rather than learning alongside them? Alpha Schools replaces textbooks and teacher-led instruction with adaptive AI technology and peer mentorship. Each student advances according to their individual readiness. Your role is to facilitate self‑discovery of strengths, not to deliver predetermined lesson plans.
We seek accomplished professionals prepared to direct that excellence toward repairing an ineffective educational model. There will be no paper grading or mandated curriculum. Instead, you will facilitate workshops, spark intellectual engagement, and demonstrate that education becomes boundless when students take ownership of their learning journey.
