You will serve as the strategist, the coach, and the driving force behind our Guides—the frontline learning facilitators who don't simply instruct, but ignite potential. Your leadership will define how Alpha Guides engage with students, from creating operational playbooks and feedback systems to demonstrating exemplary facilitation techniques.

What You Will Be Doing- Developing and training a team of Guides to execute the Alpha learning system with world‑class precision
- Building Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, designing engaging learning activities, and addressing challenges
- Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes
- Personally mentoring a small group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your role centers on training them to be outstanding facilitators
- Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, your responsibility is to uphold that expectation
- Conducting uninspiring training – you'll develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning
Key Responsibilities
Develop and train a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with world‑class precision.
Basic Requirements- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a comparable field.
- Proven track record developing and deploying innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated success building, managing, and inspiring high‑performing teams.
- Direct experience working with youth (ages 5–18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA;
Nashville, TN; or Spotswood, NJ. - Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.

Workingwith us
This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
