Overview
Onsite position in Austin, TX — relocation assistance available. $150,000 annual salary, distributed weekly. Full health, dental, and vision coverage beginning day one.

WhatYou Will Be Doing
- Conduct one-on-one and small-group coaching for PreK Guides, demonstrating effective techniques and recognizing measurable progress
- Create and lead play-based learning sessions that integrate social-emotional learning, literacy, numeracy, and motor development, serving as a practice model for your team
- Audit and align Guide documentation each week to ensure rubric consistency and clarity, facilitating calibration meetings to maintain visibility of milestone achievement
- Develop family communications and facilitate team huddles that synchronize efforts and uphold collective commitments to school wide PreK readiness targets
- Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related discipline;
Master s degree or specialized certification preferred - At least 5 years of professional experience in early childhood education, child development, or a related area
- Demonstrated experience working directly with young children between the ages of 3 and 5
- Documented success in designing and executing play-based educational programs or curricula that support developmental milestone attainment, such as Montessori approaches
- A minimum of 1 year coaching or supervising a team of educators with accountability for performance outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to support transparent family engagement and team coordination
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship
- Availability to work onsite at the Alpha Austin campus, with relocation support offered as needed

Working with usThis is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $75 USD/hour, which equates to $150,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
