Traditional schools often teach at students rather than alongside them—limiting real engagement and growth. Alpha Schools replaces conventional lectures and textbooks with AI-driven adaptive learning paired with peer-level mentorship. Each student advances at their own speed. Your role is to guide them toward recognizing their unique strengths, not to deliver predetermined lessons.
We seek high-caliber educators ready to direct their energy toward transforming a flawed educational model. You will not spend time grading assignments or adhering to rigid curricula. Instead, you'll facilitate workshops, spark genuine curiosity, and demonstrate that students thrive when they take ownership of their learning.

Fort Worth: A welcoming, family-focused community with expanding arts, dining, and commerce sectors. Cost-effective living with genuine Texas character.
Scottsdale (Phoenix): More than 300 days of sunshine yearly and an active outdoor culture, alongside accessible housing and a flourishing arts community.
