Non‑profit Early Childhood Center serving Williamson County as the only inclusive Child Development Center for 18 years.
Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for an Assistant Program Director located in Round Rock, TX. The Assistant Program Director will assist in planning, organizing, and overseeing program operations to ensure effective delivery of services and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include coordinating program activities, tracking program performance, managing staff, preparing reports, and collaborating with stakeholders. The individual will play a key role in maintaining program quality and implementing improvements as needed.
Qualifications- 2 years prior experience working in a management position for a licensed daycare
- Must have a current CDA or higher education in Child Development
