Support the planning, operations, and execution of virtual and in-person events while gaining hands‑on experience in event logistics and project coordination within a global organization.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Assist with planning and coordinating virtual, in‑person, and hybrid events, learning fundamentals of event execution.
- Support event setup on platforms such as ON24, including managing calendars, uploading content, preparing session materials, and technical checks.
- Organize event resources, session information, and engagement tools to enhance attendee experience.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve event flow, engagement, and overall experience.
- Support logistics for NI‑hosted and in‑person events, including venue research, signage coordination, registration support, and onsite operations.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and media teams to ensure event materials are on‑brand and aligned across channels.
- Assist with project timelines, documentation, and coordination across teams.
- Help gather and organize event performance data for post‑event reporting and insights.
- Participate in meetings with global teams and support coordination across time zones.
- Provide general support to the events team across multiple projects.
The company is looking for:
- Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, business, event management, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and event technologies.
- Comfort working with virtual teams and collaborating across functions.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to support occasional travel or onsite event work if needed.
- Motivated, detail‑oriented, collaborative, and a clear communicator.
- Organized with effective time management and initiative‑taking abilities.
- Curious, creative, attentive to detail, adaptable, and a team player.
