Senior Transformation Consultant – ISG Services

The Transformation Team within ISG Services is a high‑performing, agile group primarily composed of former top‑tier management consultants, focused on defining and executing strategic programs that deliver measurable impact across the organization. We work cross‑functionally with ISG, Dell Services, other Dell business units, corporate development, and external partners to lead both organic and inorganic initiatives. Our work spans growth strategy, operational improvements, business transformations, and M&A.

As a Senior Transformation Consultant
, you will tackle highly complex problems, provide insight into strategic issues and build relationships across all areas of the company through direct exposure to executive team.

• Head major transformation and strategic initiatives across ISG Services
• Partner with business units to identify and act on market, product, and AI‑enabled opportunities
• Develop growth/regional strategies, business cases, and route‑to‑market plans
• Improve operational performance and drive cross‑functional execution
• Assess investment opportunities and guide strategic course‑setting

• Typically requires 12+ years of professional experience or equivalent skill, preferably within a top‑tier management consulting firm
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programs and deliver strategic outcomes
• Exceptional consulting skillset, including structured problem‑solving, critical thinking, clear communication, and executive‑level presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and articulate business impact
• Solid understanding of financial metrics, business acumen, and strategic frameworks
• Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous environments, with a high degree of adaptability

• MBA
• Track record of mentoring and developing junior team members

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $209,950 – $271,700.
