Business Operations Consultant

Our Business Operations team plays a critical role in translating business continuity and resiliency requirements into scalable, repeatable operational practices. From disaster recovery planning and crisis response to resilience assessments, regulatory alignment, and operational preparedness, we work across functions to ensure Dell is ready for what’s required today—and what’s coming next.

• Work with business users and resiliency stakeholders to define and investigate continuity‑driven risks, conducting assessments and scenario analyses to create operational solutions that strengthen organizational resilience
• Apply expertise across multiple functional areas to support readiness planning, disaster recovery documentation, continuity process controls, and operational governance
• Serve as a subject matter expert on business continuity and disaster recovery processes, acting as a consulting resource for all services teams
• Lead cross‑functional projects and initiatives to design, develop, implement, and maintain business continuity strategies, recovery plans, testing programs, and crisis‑response mechanisms
• Develop program documentation, process maps, continuity plans, recovery playbooks, and operational structures that ensure resiliency requirements are met consistently

• 12–15 years of related experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, operational risk, or similar domains
• Strong understanding of internal business processes, operational governance frameworks, and systems dependencies
• Proven project management experience, with the ability to lead continuity or recovery programs and communicate effectively at all levels of the business
• Advanced experience in change management, including implementing new continuity processes, recovery controls, or resiliency frameworks across large global organizations
• Experience conducting business impact analyses, risk assessments, or resilience modeling to operationalize continuity and recovery requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Background in business continuity, disaster recovery, operational risk, compliance, security, or governance

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $141,100-$182,600.
