As a Global Transition Management Consultant, you’ll turn forecast insights into strategic decisions that shape revenue performance, inventory health, and customer readiness across your region. You’ll collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to align demand scenarios with market conditions and P&L objectives, while driving ES&O planning consensus and proactive risk mitigation.

• Develop and execute regional Excess & Obsolescence (E&O) transition strategies to optimise inventory health and reduce business risk.
• Lead the alignment of regional demand scenarios with market trends, P&L objectives, and business intelligence inputs.
• Reconcile demand forecasts with financial targets, leveraging BI tools to improve accuracy and support decision making.
• Drive ES&O collaboration, ensuring consensus planning across sales, operations, finance, and supply chain stakeholders.
• Oversee event management activities, ensuring demand plans remain aligned with organisational priorities, selling‑to‑plan commitments and supply signals.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting, or S&OP/ES&O processes.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in business intelligence tools and forecast reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross‑functional alignment and lead through influence.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• Experience managing global or regional‑level planning strategies in a fast‑paced or high‑complexity environment.

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position is $177,300 - $215,600.
