Job OverviewPerkin Electrical Services LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Administrator/CSR to support our fast-paced electrical contracting business. This critical role is the backbone of our day-to-day operations—handling everything from answering service calls and scheduling jobs to maintaining customer records and ensuring smooth internal communication. Key Responsibilities- Office Administration
- Answer incoming office phone calls and manage general inquiries
- Manage email communications and maintain organized records (digital and physical)
- Support billing processes, AR tracking, and other administrative functions
- Assist with documentation and internal reporting as directed
- Customer Communication
- Act as the first point of contact for all customer service calls
- Route project-specific calls to appropriate team members
- Handle service-related inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with customers
- Service Call Intake & Scheduling
- Accurately log customer service information in Service Titan
- Schedule service appointments within company guidelines
- Provide customers with clear appointment details and updates
- Scheduling & Coordination
- Confirm service dates, access details, and ensure appointments are properly logged
- Update service calendars and notify management of unusual requests
- Data Entry & System Accuracy
- Maintain accurate job and customer data in Service Titan
- Update notes and verify all scheduling info is correct for billing and reporting
2+ years of experience in a similar administrative or customer-facing role
Strong attention to detail and system-driven approach
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using office software and CRM systems (Service Titan preferred)
Positive attitude and ability to work well with others
No specific degree, license, or certification required
