• Shift: Rotating 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule (Day: 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Night: 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM)

Join our packaging team in a critical manual labor role focused on ensuring the safe and accurate delivery of life-saving products. As an MTI Packaging Contractor, you will be the final set of eyes on our product, performing essential manual inspections and packaging tasks in a highly regulated, quality-driven environment.

This is a hands-on, strictly manual labor position. No paperwork or computer usage is required.

Salary: $20 - $21 per hour

• Quality Verification: Verifying that unit labels are legible and correctly positioned, and ensuring every box is fully packed with IV bags and required brochures.
• Manual Assembly: Erecting cartons and loading product (IV bags) and materials at rates of up to 60 bags per minute.
• Line Support: Loading products onto conveyor belts and removing/defacing rejected materials according to standard procedures.
• Site Logistics: Moving pallets of materials using a manual pallet jack and assisting the broader packaging team under the direction of Room Leads and Supervisors.
• Environment Maintenance: Performing daily cleaning of the production area and portable equipment to maintain strict cGMP standards.
