Estimated base salary: $144,000 – $198,000 annually.

• Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects aligned with business strategy, goals, and timelines.
• Translate business requirements into actionable plans, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
• Manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation across multiple business units.
• Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., QMS, FDA).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate progress, align expectations, and maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee project budgets, control costs, and resolve discrepancies.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, regulatory, and commercial risks.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or business (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of medical device development experience, including 6+ years in program management.
• Proven success managing complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong technical background in device invention, testing, and validation.
• Skilled in cross‑functional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication.
• Proficient in risk management, problem‑solving, and data‑driven decision making.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and quality systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, PMP certification, and Six Sigma.
• Understanding of medical device software development and validation.
