Warehouse Supervisor

Maran Ship Supplies Pte Ltd. is part of the Angelicoussis Group, one of the world’s leading Shipping Groups. We are looking for a motivated and competent Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse, handling maritime stores and provisions. The role will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and operational processes, ensuring timely and efficient supply of vessels while maintaining compliance with food safety and port regulations.

• Supervise all warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, stacking, picking, packing, dispatching, and returns of goods and supplies.

• Oversee systematic storage of materials and provisions, ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO) and compliance with food safety standards.

• Coordinate the loading and unloading of arriving and departing goods in line with vessel schedules

• Monitor handling of temperature-controlled goods (frozen and chilled items) and ensure food safety requirements are followed.

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of warehouse areas, including loading bays and cold storage.

• Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile stock discrepancies, and report replenishment needs.

• Supervise, guide, and train warehouse staff to ensure adherence to SOPs and safe working practices.

• Plan and allocate shifts to ensure adequate manpower for daily operations.

• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, port regulations, and company policies.

• Work closely with Logistics, Purchasing, and Management teams to coordinate supply operations and cross-functional projects.

• Degree or Diploma, preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Warehouse Management

• 3–5 years of proven hands‑on experience in warehouse supervision; experience in Maritime industry or food & provisions is an advantage

• Knowledge of food safety standards, and cold chain management

• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP or similar) and proficiency in modern warehouse technologies

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team

• Results‑oriented, with ability to work under pressure and manage tight vessel supply schedules
