Een maatschappelijke organisatie zoekt een Sociaal Beheerder in Rotterdam. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het creëren van een veilige leefomgeving voor cliënten zonder vaste woon- of verblijfplaats. Je biedt ondersteuning bij hun herstel, maakt deel uit van een team en werkt nauw samen met ambulante coaches om bewoners te helpen zelfstandig te worden. De functie is voor 24-26 uur per week met een brutosalaris tussen €2.597 en €3.380.
