Een zorgorganisatie in Rotterdam is op zoek naar een betrokken woonbegeleider voor de NAH-afdeling. Je biedt ondersteuning aan bewoners met niet aangeboren hersenletsel en stimuleert zelfstandigheid in het dagelijks leven. De rol vereist inlevingsvermogen en samenwerking in een multidisciplinair team. Je ontvangt een salaris volgens cao VVT, binnen schaal 35. Deze functie biedt mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling en je start met een tijdelijk contract, met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
