Een organisatie voor begeleid wonen in Rotterdam zoekt een Persoonlijke begeleider voor cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking. Je helpt cliënten met hun vragen en doelen, signaleert spanningen en werkt samen met collega's. De ideale kandidaat heeft een MBO of HBO achtergrond in Social Work en ervaring met de doelgroep. Deze rol is parttime, met een beschikbaarheid van 32 - 36 uur per week en onregelmatige diensten.
