Een zorgorganisatie in Rotterdam zoekt een Ambulante Gezinscoach die gezinnen ondersteunt naar een veilige en gezonde leefomgeving. In deze rol bouw je een vertrouwensband op met deelnemers, stel je doelen op en coördineer je hulpverlening. De functie vereist een HBO-opleiding in Social Work of Pedagogiek en ervaring met gezinnen met complexe problemen. Dit biedt ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling binnen een warm team.
