The Marine & Energy Sales Team
Our Marine & Energy team focuses on helping shipping companies, crewing agencies, and offshore operators modernize their crew travel. As we grow our presence in the German market, we’re hiring a German-speaking Sales Executive with strong maritime connections to join the team.
What You'll Do
Lead Sales in Germany:
Own the full sales cycle—prospecting, product demos, negotiations, and closing deals with maritime clients.Leverage Your Network:
Use your existing connections in the German maritime industry to identify and develop new opportunities.Be the Face in Hamburg:
Represent C Teleport at meetings, conferences, and networking events around the Hamburg region.Collaborate Internally:
Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to support your pipeline and ensure successful handovers.Drive Results:
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to our growth in the region.
What We're Looking For
C2/native-equivalent proficiency in German language, fluent in English
Based in the Hamburg region
Strong existing network in the German maritime sector (shipping, crewing, marine services)
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the maritime, SaaS, or travel domain
Comfortable working independently in a remote-first, international team
What We Offer
Base salary:
Up to approx. €55,000/year gross with EOR contractOn-target earnings (OTE):
Between €100,000 – €120,000/year, performance-basedRemote-first flexibility, while staying close to the Hamburg market
