Beauty Ambassador - Bijenkorf

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Beauty Ambassador to join the prestigious world of Byredo at De Bijenkorf. Reporting to the Retail Manager for Niche Brands, you will embody the image of this exceptional Maison and deliver an outstanding client experience within the store.

You will actively contribute to driving sales performance, building client loyalty, and showcasing the brand’s luxury products. As a brand ambassador for Byredo, you will provide a unique and immersive client experience that reflects the brand’s identity, creativity, and commitment to excellence.

• Act as a brand ambassador
• Embody Brands savoir-faire, héritage and values
• Endorse Brand codes & attitudes within the team and be the role model to convey a client-oriented mindset.
• You also ensure that the counter is properly presented from A-Z. Together with a direct colleague and the business manager.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and develop client loyalty.
• Guarantee the consistency of merchandising, grooming, and posting.

• Ensure an engaging beauty shopping experience for each client.
• Connect with our clients and build long-term relationships with them through CRM tools.

• You have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the cosmetics or luxury goods sector. Experience in Make-up and the niche fragrances sector is an absolute plus.
• Excellent in English and Dutch.
• Positive, you have a “can-do” attitude, are results oriented
• Excellent organisational and selling skills.
• You know better than anyone how to give the customer a personal, inspiring and authentic experience.
• Awareness of International and multi-cultural environment.
