Driving store performance  You lead the store’s commercial performance by analyzing KPIs (turnover, average basket, conversion rate, productivity) and implementing action plans to achieve and exceed targets.
Leading & developing the team  You manage, motivate, and coach a team of 10-12 beauty advisors, fostering engagement, skills development, and a strong team spirit.
You oversee daily operations: stock management, scheduling, cash operations, visual merchandising, and ensure the store always meets brand standards.
Delivering a premium customer experience  You place customer satisfaction at the heart of your actions, offering personalized advice, promoting product expertise, and creating a welcoming, high-quality in-store experience.
Managing back office & administration  You handle reporting, HR follow-up, planning, and ensure smooth store organization in line with company procedures.
✔️ Qualifications   Proven experience in retail management, ideally in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or premium retail
Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on management style
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities
Customer‑centric mindset with a passion for beauty, skincare & wellness
Proactive, results‑driven, and inspiring to others
