• If you open the store, you arrange the planning – the division of tasks – you organize the breaks and the cleaning plan.
• Everything that can be prepared is prepped.
• Delivering quality means checking quality. You check the status of the fresh products, and you take every opportunity for improvement. You train, teach and coach partners.
• Are you responsible for closing the store? After the hand‑over, you pick up the planning. Are any adjustments needed?
• At the end of your shift, you make sure that everything shines and is refilled, that all cash is counted and is correct, reports are done. Alarm on, and off you go.

• Have certainly gained a year of experience in retail or hospitality!
• If a customer is having a bad day, you won’t let it affect yours. Your glass – or coffee mug – is always half full.
• You are target- and customer-oriented! Does the customer want an extra pump of vanilla syrup [upsell] or use the bundle deal [suggest]?
• With you there, everyone is ready for the peak. You also know how to position your partners in the ultimate way to get the best out of the peak.
• You can make quick decisions, keep calm, and create a safe environment for both customers and partners.
• You can show appreciation by writing an thank‑you card to one of your partners in English or Dutch.

• Work flexible hours (32 or 40 hours, Monday to Sunday)
• All‑in salary of €16.85 per hour; based on a full‑time contract your monthly salary is €2,920.32
• Go for the bonus by meeting your targets! The bonus can be up to 10% of your monthly salary based on each quarter's results
• Annual bonus based on years of employment at Starbucks Netherlands

• Premium allowance of 5% on top of your salary when you work at high volume stores
