Een zorgorganisatie zoekt twee leden voor de klachtencommissie, één met een juridisch profiel en een algemeen lid. De commissie adviseert de Raad van Bestuur over klachten en draagt bij aan kwaliteitsverbetering. Vereisten zijn onder andere een afgeronde juridische opleiding voor het juridische lid en affiniteit met de zorg voor het algemene lid. Er geldt een vaste vergoeding per vergadering en een kilometervergoeding.
