Employment agency Manpower is looking for a European Product Data Manager for a company in Rotterdam.

You combine data engineering, BI development and stakeholder management to ensure reliable and high-quality product data across systems and markets.

• Communication & stakeholder management: Coordinate alignment between markets and teams, manage daily communication and meetings, and support colleagues with insights, troubleshooting and clear project follow up.
• Tool development & data engineering: Design and improve scalable data solutions in Databricks, Power BI and Power Automate, building reliable dashboards, validation logic and automated workflows.
• Data governance & quality oversight: Safeguard data integrity across SAP, PIM, GDS and EPDM by maintaining data lineage, defining quality rules and promoting strong governance standards.

• Gross salary between €22.23 and €31.

The working hours in this full time position are Monday to Friday during regular office hours.

• Proven experience with Databricks, SQL and data engineering
• Strong Power BI skills including data modeling, DAX and visualization
• Experience with Power Automate and Azure Data Factory orchestration
• Knowledge of data quality and governance frameworks
• Excellent communication skills for cross functional stakeholder management
• Ability to translate complex data topics into clear business insights
• Structured problem solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
• Experience collaborating across international markets and teams
