At Hello Print, Product Managers are strategic leaders who carve the path to the future. We are looking for a Product Manager for our Growth charter. Your mission is to maximize the value of every visitor by creating a frictionless, high-converting e-commerce journey across our entire multi-brand ecosystem. You will own the "Find & Buy" funnel, optimizing for speed, conversion, and user satisfaction, not just for our global Hello Print brand, but also for our network of White Label partners and specialized shops.

This is a role for a strategic driver who is ready to partner with key Business Stakeholders to build the engine that powers our ambitious growth goals.

As Product Manager for our Growth charter, you are the owner of our e-commerce performance across all our storefront. You operate in close collaboration with a Lead Engineer and a Product Designer. Together, you decide How to solve problems, but you are responsible for defining the Why and the What.

You will allocate your time strategically: 80% on Discovery (validating ideas, analyzing market trends, and talking to users) and 20% on Delivery (providing context to unblock the squad and ensuring we deliver on our commitments). You will work closely with Marketing to align landing page experiences with ad spend, ensuring our technical foundation supports a fast "click-to-buy" experience.

Your Core Focus:
  • The Funnel: Optimizing the entire e-commerce journey (from Search to Checkout).

  • Retention: Designing loyalty loops and post-purchase experiences that turn one-time buyers into repeat customers.

  • Performance: Driving improvements in Site Speed and mobile-first experiences.

  • The Business: Improving Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, Repeat Purchase Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost efficiency.

Job requirements
  • Deep E-commerce Expertise: You have a proven track record in B2C E-commerce and Performance Marketing. You understand the mechanics of selling online.

  • Data-Driven Growth: You are an expert in A/B testing methodologies, Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), and SEO/SEA principles. You don't guess; you test.

  • User Psychology: You have a strong grasp of user behavior and "the nudge." You understand how to guide a user to purchase without friction.

  • Strategic Vision: You can translate high-level business goals (Revenue, Margin) into a concrete product strategy.

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a high-scale e-commerce environment.
