Een maatschappelijke organisatie zoekt een afstudeerder HRM voor onderzoek naar verzuimoorzaken. Je analyseert HR-data en ontwikkelt interventies gericht op duurzame inzetbaarheid. De afstudeeropdracht biedt €500,- vergoeding per maand en goede begeleiding. Je wordt uitgedaagd om de verzuimaanpak te verbeteren, beleidsaanbevelingen te doen en impact te maken.
