We are looking for a Financial Reporting & Controls Specialist to support a key organizational transition in a European business unit. This temporary role is critical in establishing financial reporting processes, internal controls, and governance frameworks for a newly emerging entity.

• Develop and implement financial reporting processes for the organizational transition
• Prepare local GAAP and IFRS reporting, including management reporting templates
• Support month‑end close activities and document current processes for smooth handover
• Design and strengthen internal controls aligned with future operations
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, and corporate teams to ensure readiness
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and best practices

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Extensive experience in finance or accounting in multinational environments
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Dutch GAAP (RJ)
• Proven experience in statutory accounts, audits, internal controls, and governance
• Familiarity with business combination accounting and Purchase Price Allocation (PPA)
