Een grote financiële instelling in Rotterdam zoekt een Manager Operations Debt Recovery, Collections & Financial Health. In deze rol leid je een team van 15-25 medewerkers en ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van beleid en processen. Je helpt klanten met betalingsproblemen en draagt bij aan een financieel gezond bedrijf. Je dient een goede communicator en probleemoplosser te zijn met relevante ervaring in Credit Risk Management en Hypotheken.
