We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Project Controller to support the financial success and governance of our projects across the business.
In this role, you will partner closely with project managers and cross‑functional teams to ensure effective cost control, accurate forecasting, financial compliance, and strong project performance tracking. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding financial discipline while enabling successful project execution through clear insights, transparency, and rigorous control.

How You’ll Make an ImpactDevelop, implement, and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and cost control systems to support end-to-end project financial management.
Monitor project expenditures, commitments, and actuals against approved budgets, identifying variances and supporting corrective actions.
Prepare financial reports, cost analyses, and performance metrics for project stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with project managers to establish baselines, track progress, and manage change orders and claims.
Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes.
Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation activities, providing financial insights throughout.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Provide financial input into contract negotiations and vendor management activities.
Support internal and external audits related to project finances.
Drive continuous improvement of project controlling processes, tools, and reporting quality.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project controls, financial analysis, or project accounting within a large multinational environment or project‑driven industry.
Strong understanding of project management principles and the financial lifecycle of complex projects.
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control practices.
Experience using project control systems such as SAP, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet demanding deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
Experience with international projects and currency considerations is desirable.
Fluency in English is required;
Dutch is considered an advantage.
