To support its ongoing growth, the company is seeking a Senior Corporate M&A Associate to join its team of experienced professionals from international corporate, financial, and logistics backgrounds.
Role OverviewThe Senior Corporate M&A Associate will participate in M&A activities, strategic projects, and integration efforts. The role requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. The main objective is to support the execution and quality of transactions and contribute to long-term value creation.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the execution, management, and integration of M&A transactions, including analysis, valuation, and documentation.
- Coordinating due diligence activities with internal teams and outside advisors.
- Preparing and analyzing financial models, presentations, and reports to support decision-making.
- Monitoring market trends and industry developments to identify potential opportunities.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in M&A, investment analysis, corporate development, transaction advisory, or corporate finance
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with transaction structuring and legal documentation
- Advanced financial modeling abilities and strong proficiency with Excel and Power Point
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
