Global Financial Controller

Our clients is looking for an experienced Global Financial Controller to strengthen its HQ finance team. This role offers a unique opportunity to accelerate your career in a dynamic, international environment where your expertise directly shapes group-level financial reporting and consolidation excellence.

As a key player in the consolidation and reporting process, you will be at the heart of the month-end close and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with finance teams across the globe, driving accuracy, efficiency, and best practices in IFRS reporting and financial systems.

• Act as a trusted IFRS expert, supporting local finance teams on complex accounting matters
• Ensure the integrity, completeness, and accuracy of the end-to-end consolidation workflow
• Run, analyze, and interpretcontrol and review/check reports, translating findings into concrete data, system, or process actions
• Bridge business and technology by translating system enhancements into process improvements (and vice versa)
• Safeguard the correctness and completeness of integration flows (both inbound and outbound)
• Collaborate with a global network of Senior Regional Users, ensuring correct adoption of new features and reporting behaviors
• Perform data interventions (e.g. restatements) to ensure data quality for both internal and external reporting
• Support Accounting and Performance Management teams in the governance and implementation of the Group Chart of Accounts and Cost Center hierarchies

• RA/ACCA/CPA education
• Minimum of 7years of relevant experience in auditing, preferably gained within a big fiveaccounting firm or international company
• Ambitious and driven
• Strong multi-tasking skills, analytical ability and initiative are a most welcome
• ”Hands-on” and pro-active mentality
• Eye for detail, but also helicopter view
• Able to communicate effectively at various levels across the organization
