ResponsibilitiesDesign and engineer technical solutions that meet high standards of safety, reliability, and sustainability.
Select appropriate engineering methods and procedures for project execution.
Perform engineering calculations and design optimization within project specifications.
Ensure designs comply with international codes, company standards, and industry regulations.
Plan and execute engineering activities and deliverables within the agreed schedule and budget.
Ensure proper system integration and interface coordination between different engineering disciplines.
Deliver the assigned Scope of Work according to contractual and internal requirements.
Apply lessons learned and change management to improve design and project execution.
Coordinate and collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and third parties during engineering and procurement phases.
Take technical responsibility for design, procurement, and manufacturing when assigned as Package Engineer.
Lead and guide engineers within the assigned scope of work.
Act as Discipline Lead for specific engineering scopes when required.
QualificationsEngineering degree (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant discipline such as Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
5-10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong experience with engineering design and calculation tools.
Knowledge of concept development and detailed engineering design.
Understanding of systems engineering principles.
Experience with package engineering and manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with site engineering and offshore project environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
