Project Engineer Cables

We are looking for several motivated Project Engineer (Cables) to join our growing network of clients. This is your chance to play a key role in challenging offshore cables and high-voltage (HV) projects that shape the future of energy.
As a Project Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of international offshore cable and HV projects.
You will:
Translate technical requirements into workable project plans, procedures, and documentation
Support engineering and execution, including HV termination and testing (if relevant to your profile)
Monitor safety, quality, budget, and timelines throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and manage material lists, logistics, and resource planning
Act as a technical contact for clients, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
Participate in project sites or offshore operations when required
Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and proposing enhancements
You are an engineer with a passion for offshore energy and the energy transition. You are structured, proactive, and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical/Maritime Technology, or a related field
Several years of relevant project engineering experience (offshore, cable installation, or HV projects preferred)
Knowledge of cable systems, electrical engineering, termination techniques, testing methods, and industry standards (IEC, IEEE, etc.)
Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is also very beneficial)
Proficient in engineering and project tools (CAD, Excel, planning software)
Willingness to travel to offshore sites and international project locations when required
Already residing in the Netherlands
