Een technologiebedrijf in Rotterdam zoekt een Lead Engineer om meerdere projecten aan te sturen en teams van 10–15 engineers en ontwerpers te leiden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van ontwerpen voor on- en offshore installaties en het onderhouden van klantrelaties. De ideale kandidaat heeft een HBO of WO diploma in Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting en 4-5 jaar ervaring met teammanagement.
Er zijn verschillende groeimogelijkheden en opleidingen beschikbaar.
