Senior Technical Product Manager

Overview

Eneco is driving the energy transition through our One Planet strategy, targeting climate neutrality by 2035. As part of this journey, Fujin - a two-year modernization of Eneco’s B2C platform is underway. As Senior Technical Product Manager, you will shape the systems that ingest and process data at scale for all Eneco products. You lead at the intersection of engineering, data platforms and integrity, and business critical operations, with impact across the entire customer lifecycle.

• Lead and evolve the metering product vision
• Translate strategy into a clear roadmap and measurable outcomes
• Own and prioritize the backlog, refining epics, tasks and acceptance criteria
• Ensure reliable, scalable operations with clear SLAs and monitoring
• Partner with engineering, operations, product
• Ensure compliance with privacy, security and regulatory standards

Fujin replatforming program aims to deliver a fast, unified and future proof B2C platform that makes sustainable energy possible for everyone. The metering solution is a core component of this future state, handling:

• Reliable ingestion of millions of meter readings
• Ensuring data completeness via diverse channels & frequency of ingestion
• Resolution of discrepancies and validation of data quality
• JSOX Complaincy with high availability of data across downstream systems

You’ll navigate operational processes, regulatory requirements, system dependencies and technical constraints while driving clarity, prioritization, and product evolution. Success requires deep technical understanding, data platform experience, and strong product leadership.

You will work in our customer operation platform domain. You report to Group Product Manager of Fujin & B2C Platforms.
