Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting the company’s internal logistics processes. The position involves providing top-tier service to clients and collaborating closely with various internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service by handling requests promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Process orders, verify product availability, coordinate transportation, and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams, including Planning, Sales, and Supply Chain, to optimize service delivery and maximize value.
- Maintain and update customer master data in SAP, working with the Master Data team to ensure accuracy for deliveries and invoicing.
- Continuously develop knowledge of company procedures, quality documentation, and governance policies; identify areas for improvement.
- Support various business units within the organization when needed, becoming a reliable go-to person for operational issues.
- Build effective relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, planners, business partners, and finance teams.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional language skills in Italian, French, or Spanish are preferred.
