About the Role

As an Account Specialist 1, you are responsible for managing a dedicated customer portfolio and ensuring smooth domestic and export order fulfillment operations. You oversee order processing, product availability, transportation coordination, and accurate invoicing while delivering exceptional customer service. Acting as the key liaison between Planning, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance, you resolve operational challenges and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfillment, including availability checks, transportation coordination, and accurate invoicing.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service, handling inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as the primary interface between Planning, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure smooth operational execution.
  • Maintain SAP master data accuracy, ensure proper documentation, and comply with governance and quality standards.
  • Support cross-business activities, provide operational back‑up, and drive continuous process improvements to meet KPIs.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred or equivalent experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain operations.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, with an additional language (Italian, French, or Spanish) preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, customer‑focused approach, attention to detail, and ability to work cross-functionally.
