We are looking for a Technical Writer to collaborate with the engineering, product, and customer support teams to produce internal and end-user-based documentation for Bynder products and services.
As a Technical Writer, you are responsible for creating clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation.
You will work closely with the teams and other stakeholders to gather information, understand requirements, and translate complex technical concepts into easy and accessible, understandable content.

Key Responsibilities     Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with the teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
Ensure consistency, clarity, and quality in all documentation produced.
Continuously update and improve documentation based on feedback, product updates, and technological advancements.
Qualifications     Exceptional technical writing skills with 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing or a related field.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to translate them into user-friendly documentation.
Hands-on experience with API documentation tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with coding, software development, and content management systems.
Prior experience in a SaaS-based company is preferred.
