Fire Door Joiners; Passive Fire​/Construction​/Joinery​/Carpentry

Horbury Property Services Ltd is seeking three experienced Fire Door Joiners to join our expanding team, working across sites nationwide. As part of our Passive Fire Protection division, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our fire door installation and maintenance services meet the highest industry standards.

• Perform fire door installation and maintenance works in line with relevant standards, company procedures, and best practices

• Log completed and surveyed works using our digital systems (synchronised daily)

• Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with other trades and internal teams

• Ensure efficient use and safe storage of materials, tools, and van stock

• Attend all required inductions, toolbox talks, and company meetings

• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental protocols at all times

• Support with planning and coordination of works when required, liaising with Site and Project Managers

• Uphold a customer-focused attitude, maintaining professionalism across all sites

• Participate in out-of-hours call‑out rota when needed (reasonable notice given)

• Proven experience in fire door joinery (installation, inspection, or maintenance)

• Understanding of relevant regulations and accreditations

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Comfortable using digital tools for job recording

• Full UK driving licence (required for roles involving a company vehicle)
