As a Merchandiser, you represent Steel Blueerrs in-store and ensure our products are presented at their best. You build strong relationships with retail partners and become their go‑to contact on the shop floor.

You manage your own territory while working closely with colleagues in Ireland, the UK, and the Netherlands. Some days you’ll be out together, other days you’ll work independently — always with the same shared goal: growing the Steel Blue brand in Ireland.

• Represent Steel Blue in-store and optimise product presentation
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with retail partners
• Support product launches, promotions, and merchandising updates
• Share product knowledge so store teams confidently recommend our range
• Actively feed back market insights to the wider EMEA team

This is a hands‑on role with responsibility, variety, and direct impact.

You’ll have experience in merchandising, retail sales, account management, or a similar customer‑facing role and be comfortable managing your own territory. You enjoy building relationships, working independently

Register, and spending most of your time out in stores rather than behind a desk.

You’re organised, proactive, and take pride in how products are presented in-store. Experience in PPE, workwear, hardware, or trade environments is an advantage, but not essential — attitude, reliability, and a ստ strong customer focus matter most.

A full, clean driving licence is essential.
