• Developing and implementing a data-driven marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives
• Taking a hands-on approach in planning, launching, and optimizing digital and offline campaigns
• Building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of analytics, creativity, and results
• Using marketing and performance data to allocate budgets effectively, focusing on channels delivering the highest ROI, effectively managing a large PPC budget
• Collaborating with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with sales, business growth, and revenue targets

• Proven experience in a hands-on marketing leadership role, managing both strategy and execution
• Expertise in digital marketing channels, analytics tools, marketing automation, and campaign optimization
• Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and allocate budgets effectively
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link marketing activity directly to lead generation and revenue
• Experience managing teams and external agencies while being comfortable executing day-to-day marketing activities
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills
• Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field
