Machine Shop Manager Foreman

MACHINE SHOP FOREMAN

We are recruiting for a Foreman to work for our client who are located in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

• Oversee daily operations of the machine shop
• Liaise between management and shop floor teams
• Order materials and manage stock levels
• Communicate directly with customers regarding jobs and timelines
• Coordinate and prioritise urgent breakdown and quick-turnaround work
• Provide hands‑on support on machines when required

• Computer literate
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills

Day Shift - Monday - Thursday 7.30am-4.30pm / Friday 7.30am-2pm

40 Hours - Overtime available at x1.5

You will earn an hourly rate of between £18 - £20 depending on experience.
