Monday to Friday – 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm

We are recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established UK manufacturing site operating within a fast-paced production environment. This is a stable, long-term opportunity within a close-knit engineering team that places strong emphasis on training, development, and internal progression.

As a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
, you will work as part of the site maintenance team, carrying out a mix of reactive and planned maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and minimise downtime. The Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will support production operations and contribute to continuous improvement across the site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Electrical fault finding and diagnostics
• Planned and reactive maintenance activities
• Supporting production during breakdowns
• Working with CMMS and maintenance schedules

The role follows a double days shift pattern and provides a balanced workload between reactive maintenance and preventative tasks.

This Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer role requires:

• NVQ Level 3 minimum (Electrical or Multi-Skilled)
• Strong electrical fault-finding ability
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• A hands-on, team-focused approach

The successful Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer will receive:

• Salary of £47,000
• 40-hour working week
• Double days shift pattern
• 7% matched pension
